Template 1. Brief the work
When to use it
You are about to paste a messy job into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or another chat agent, and you want a draft you can check.
Prompt
You are helping me draft, not decide.
Job: [one sentence].
Reader: [who will see this].
Facts you may use: [paste only the facts you can stand behind].
Do not add: prices, discounts, timelines, customer names, or results I did not type.
Return: [the format, for example three short paragraphs].
After the draft, list any sentence that goes beyond my facts.
Mini example
Job: a reply to a customer who asked if a cake can be ready Friday.
Reader: the customer, on WhatsApp.
Facts: the shop is closed Friday; the next open day is Sunday; I have not confirmed the order.
Do not add: a price or a promise that the cake is reserved.
Return: one message under 300 characters.
