How to do it
- 01
Pick one fact a customer can see
A material, a size, or a before-and-after you filmed. Skip a claim you cannot point at.
- 02
Ask for spoken language
Ask ChatGPT for a script of about 30 seconds: a first line, two beats, and a last line that says what to do next. No slogan stack.
- 03
Record and caption
Record on your phone. Import the clip into CapCut and turn on auto captions.
- 04
Read the captions against the audio
Fix names before you export. If a word is wrong, the caption is wrong even if the timing looks fine.

- Turn a transcript into show notesExport a transcript you have the right to use. If you edit in Descript, copy the text from there. Claude drafts a title, a summary, and timestamps you spot-check.
- Make a blog draft from a voice transcriptTalk for ten minutes, export the text from Otter or another recorder, and ask Claude for a structured draft that flags any fact you did not say.
- Cut one article into five postsPaste an article you wrote and get five posts that do not add new claims. Each post names the section it came from.
