How to do it

Dump the list as it is
One line per task. Mark anything with a date you already promised.

Ask for five days, not a speech
Each day gets at most five tasks, a guessed duration, and one line on why it is that day.

Cut what you will not do
Delete tasks that are not yours. Move anything over two hours to a later week.

Copy the survivors by hand
Put them on the calendar you already use. The chat is not the calendar.
