Draft a reply from a form, then read it yourself
A Make scenario takes a new form response, asks an AI module for a draft, and emails that draft to you. It does not write to the customer. You reply after you read it.
Accounts, setup, or code you should read before you trust it.
What you should have at the end
An email in your inbox with a draft you can edit.

How to do it
- 01
Make a short form
Name, what they need, and a way to reach them. Do not collect passwords or card numbers.
- 02
In Make, watch for new responses
Use the form module Make shows for the form tool you picked. Run it once so you can see a sample.
- 03
Add an AI module that returns text
The prompt includes only the fields from the form. Tell it to draft a reply and to leave a blank where a fact is missing. Map the output to the next step.
- 04
Email the draft to yourself
Send with the Gmail module to your own address. The customer is not a recipient. You answer them from the channel they used, after you check the facts.
